Dylan Hobbs is a certified fitness trainer through the American Council on Exercise. He has a B.A. in Health & Fitness from Purdue University with over 25 years of service as a personal trainer. Dylan is also certified to work with special populations and those dealing with mild to severe health issues.
Clients average age range is 35-75 with little to no experience. Most clients train 2-3 times a week.
Your first session will consist of an evaluation of your health history and experience level. We'll discuss the health goals suited to your needs and perform a light workout for evaluation. Then we'll start building an achievable program based on your needs.
